Ednovated grew out of a career that began not in a classroom but in the field — reading rock formations, interpreting data under pressure, and making decisions with incomplete information. That experience shaped a conviction: teachers deserve frameworks as rigorous and responsive as the work they are actually doing.
The 3D-R Compass is the first tool out of that conviction. It will not be the last.
